My name is Laura Keel and I am a Life and Career Coach in certification with over 100 hours of training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Currently enrolled in CTI’s certification program, I’m pursuing a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

The model I use is called Co-Active Coaching. “Co” is for collaboration “Active” is for creating and sustaining momentum. I ask questions to call forth personal truths based on what the client values. They choose what we work on and I help deepen the investigation. I also act as an encouraging voice that holds a space for accountability. My role is to shine a light on the pathway home to a life based on what is fulfilling. I believe those paths are never lost, they just get hard to see sometimes through the challenges life throws our way. I use a bevy of tools and insight techniques to help people define what’s fulfilling, to challenge them to look at things from different perspectives and to break through obstacles holding them back from their inherent best lives. As you can see, I love talking about this. Sample sessions are free and have no commitment. It’s a half hour phone call and sometimes a single session is all a client needs to unlock what’s holding them back. If you’d like to try it out, I’d love to do one with you.
